Frequently asked questions

Choose a plan and the number of mailboxes, connect a domain you already own or buy a new one, and enter your account details. Your mailboxes are activated in minutes and you can create addresses right away from the Control Panel.

A user is a person with their own mailbox, password and storage. Each mailbox in your plan corresponds to one user.

An administrator manages your organization from the Control Panel: creating mailboxes, assigning roles, setting security policies and handling billing. Available roles are Super admin, Manager, Team member and Postmaster.

Only a private user can access their own mailbox. For a non-private user, administrators can reset the password and access the mailbox, which is useful for shared addresses such as info@ or support@.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and other major credit and debit cards, billed monthly or annually. Saved cards, invoices and transactions are available in your dashboard under Payments.

Yes. You can move to a larger or smaller plan, or add mailboxes, at any time. The price difference is calculated automatically on your next bill.

You will be notified before the mailbox is full. You can upgrade to a plan with more storage or free up space by deleting or archiving old messages.
