Terms and Conditions
1. Service
We provide business email hosting: mailboxes on your own domain, webmail, and access through standard email apps. The plan, storage size and number of mailboxes are the ones you select when you place your order.
2. Ordering and payment
Your order is placed when you complete checkout. Prices are shown in GEL or USD and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. You can pay by card, or by bank transfer against an invoice.
- Card: payment is processed by Stripe. Your mailboxes are set up after the payment succeeds.
- Invoice / bank transfer: we email you an invoice with our bank details. The service is provided only after the funds have been transferred and confirmed on our side.
3. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year, depending on the billing cycle you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel or change your plan at any time; the change applies from the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for a period are not refunded unless required by law.
4. Your domain
You must own, or be authorised to use, the domain you connect. After your order we email the DNS records you need to add at your domain registrar or DNS provider. Mail delivery starts only when those records are in place. You are responsible for keeping them correct. Domains bought through ge.domains are registered and renewed under that registrar's own terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to distribute malware, to commit fraud, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that breaks this rule or puts the service or other customers at risk.
6. Your account and data
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep your mailbox secure and do not share codes. Your email content belongs to you. We process personal data only to provide and bill the service and to meet legal obligations, and we do not sell it.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
